We will travel to Salzedas, Ucanha and Dálvares during elderflower, discover the river valley Varosa, the Roman and medieval presence, visiting monasteries and passing millennial bridges and villages full of history, walk the "path of the monks" and take part in the "elderflower festival" , to know the first demarcated sparkling wine region in Portugal, the Spumante museum and its greatest symbol which is "Murganheira".
