In spring, the slopes that border the walkways take on an incredible color palette. There are brooms, gorse, carquejas and many more flowers that paint this scene. To celebrate this event we followed this route keeping our eyes and noses in the air to absorb all the aromas that nature gives us. from Videmonte to the Caldeirão dam daily departures, with a minimum of 6 participants

On the Mondego walkways we follow a route opened by the force of the river's water and in a mountain landscape full of color and natural life. From the Caldeirão dam to Videmonte we find geological formations, we get to know the fauna, the flora and the ancient wool factories that used water as a driving force in the mills, an important landmark of the textile industry in Portugal, all punctuated by the beautiful landscapes of the Serra da Estrela. |
