We started this route in Barquinha, traveling part of the GR12 E7, the great trans-European route, on the Tejo – Almourol panoramic stage, we followed the Tejo river along the banks to Tancos where we took the boat to visit the Templar castle of Almourol. Back on the banks we advanced to Praia do Ribatejo and the mouth of the Zêzere river where we saw Constância. After crossing the Eiffel Bridge we enter the "Vila Poema" where the Pomonas Camonianas take place, the festivals that celebrate Camões. With so much to see and taste, we also visited the Horto de Camões, a historic garden from the epic of discoveries. We ended our route with the typical final toast.
