Excellent "Bairrada", in wines, vineyards, landscapes and tourism. To celebrate World Wine Tourism Day, there is nothing better than walking through the vineyards, visiting wineries, tasting the delicious nectars. Leaving Curia, we will wander through the vineyards of Tamengos, Óis do Bairro and S. Lourenço, visit cellars and wineries and taste the Bairradinian nectar. We went up to viewpoints and mills and found Paço de Óis on, possibly, the Bracara-Olisipo Roman road. The "Termas da Curia" and Palace Hotel are landmarks of history and architecture in the landscape. We passed by the "Rota da Bairrada" space for a glimpse of what wine is produced throughout Bairrada. We celebrate this wine tourism day with a final toast at 'TreesAndTravel/IsaLua coworking space' to another itinerary completed, with a Bairrada flute, of course! |
