The end of winter and the beginning of spring are announced with the muddy ground, with the vines beginning to sprout, covered in daisies, clovers and chamomiles. To close this series of tours through the vineyards, the "Millèsime" will take place in Curia, the national sparkling wine meeting, this year, on March 21st and 22nd.

Leaving the Curia we walked through the vineyards, cellars and wineries, viewpoints and mills and we pass the "Paço de Óis" on the possible Roman route Bracara-Olisipo. The "termas da Curia" and Palace Hotel are landmarks of history and architecture. We pass through the "Rota da Bairrada" space for a glimpse of what wine is produced throughout the Bairrada. At the end we toasted with a flute of Bairrada sparkling wine, of course!
