We begin our journey in the lively heart of Vale Santo, setting off to discover the stories and landscapes that shape the identity of Anadia. More than just a walk, this is a celebratory route that anticipates the grand festival, connecting the energy of the land to the local heritage running through our veins.
Over a distance of approximately 7km, we cross ancient paths and the lush lowlands of Alféloas and Arcos, immersing ourselves in the rural soul of Bairrada where the horizon is lined with endless vineyards. History reveals itself at every turn, finding at the Bairrada Wine Museum the living heritage of a people who shaped this land with their hands, resourcefulness, and a passion for this precious nectar.
The climax of this interpretive experience takes us to the top of Monte Crasto. There, where the view embraces the entire region and the silhouette of the vines stretches as far as the eye can see, we contemplate the beauty of the surrounding landscape before heading back.
Returning to the Vineyard and Wine Fair venue, we close our journey with a group toast featuring the iconic Bairrada sparkling wine and the sweetness of an "Amor da Curia" pastry, celebrating the perfect harmony between culture, nature, and great popular tradition!
