Cultural experience

We begin our journey in the mid-afternoon, departing from Curia towards Santarém, where we make a contemplative stop at the mythical Portas do Sol, gazing over the immensity of the lezíria and the winding Tagus River at sunset.
Next, we head to Almeirim to arrive in time for the opening gates and fully immerse ourselves in the joy and unmistakable aroma of the famous Stone Soup Festival. We enjoy a relaxed, free-choice dinner in the traditional food stalls, followed by a stroll through the handicraft stalls and community entertainment celebrating this national culinary heritage.
