Along old trails that connected Marvão to Castelo de Vide we head to Escusa where we will find the lime kilns and limestones. We continue through ash tunnel to the Roman city of Ammaia. Passing the Toll Gate with its bridge medieval we went back up to Marvão along the medieval sidewalk and, already in Marvão, we have time to visit the castle, the citadel, the culture house and the museum . We ended our itinerary with a "toast of honor"
