Our cultural journey begins in the historic village of Soajo, wandering through its granite streets to the iconic granaries set atop a massive granite outcrop — a living testament to the community's heritage.
To celebrate the day, we gather around the table at a traditional local restaurant, where authentic Minho flavours showcase mountain hospitality.
Next, we head to the main highlight of this tour: the Enchanted Forest at Porta do Mezio, lit up for a peaceful, enchanting walk through the woodland and Christmas village.
Between the magic of the light trail and the fresh mountain air, there is time to explore the Christmas Market, filled with local handicrafts and traditional treats that recall fond memories of yesteryear.
