The ancient Roman route of the 16th century from Antonino de Bracara to Olisipo presents us with centuries of history. From Santarém to Coimbra, there are many Roman remains that we have to discover, from the Roman sidewalk, to small "Villas" or large cities like Conimbriga.

Leaving from Santarém / Scallabis we will cycle through the floodplains of the Tagus River to Golegã and further up, next to Nabão, we will stop in Tomar, the city of the Templars. Crossing the karst landscape of the Sicó mountains, we pass through Alvaiázere and Rabaçal with its "Roman villa" before discovering the imposing Roman city of Conimbriga. We continue to the last stage: Coimbra / Aeminium.
