A bike ride to celebrate the sun and its importance as a source of energy, life and how it helps the marnotos in the Troncalhada salt flats. We pedaled from Aveiro, through the city, to the estuary, to encounter the lagoon landscapes. Entering Gafanhas we go to the ria and the Mira canal. We move on to Vagueira and we will discover, further on, the haystacks of Costa Nova and the Barra lighthouse. The kilometers pass by and we arrive at the Odinot garden next to the anchorage cod ship St.º André. From Gafanha da Nazaré we go to Aveiro and, in the Tronlhada salt flats we discover as sun is the most important value for the transformation and obtaining of sea salt. On our way back to Aveiro we passed through city of canals until we reach the starting point where we finish with a tasting of ovos-moles and a flute of Bairrada sparkling wine. |
