Grape Harvest Time in Bairrada

Walking Experience

Starting from Curia we walk through vineyards, wine cellars and wineries, viewpoints, and windmills, and pass by Paço de Óis along the potential Bracara-Olisipo Roman road.

The Curia thermal baths and the Palace Hotel are landmarks of history and architecture. We pass by the "Rota da Bairrada" space for a glimpse of what is produced throughout Bairrada.

Halfway through this route we go for regional snacks, dropping by the São Lourenço do Bairro grape harvest festival where we sample the local gastronomy. At the end we toast with a flute of Bairrada, of course!
